Rental dress FAQ

1. How does the wedding dress rental process work?

The process is simple:

• Before your visit, you’ll need to book a fitting appointment at our salon. We’re open from 10 AM to 7 PM on weekdays and from 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays.

• You may bring up to 3 guests with you to your fitting at the atelier.

• Together with our designer, you’ll choose the wedding dress that best suits your style and figure.

• You’ll reserve your dress by signing a rental agreement and making a payment according to the agreed terms.

• Fittings and consultations are free if you’re renting a dress from our atelier.

• 2 to 3 weeks before the wedding, we’ll schedule a fitting with your dress.

• 2 to 3 days before the wedding, you’ll pick up the dress, cleaned and ready to wear.

• After the wedding, please return the dress within 2 business days, as outlined in the rental agreement.

2. When should I reserve my wedding dress?

To ensure you get your favorite design, we recommend reserving your dress at least 3 to 6 months in advance.

3. Will the dress be tailored to my measurements?

Yes! This is an essential part of the process to ensure the dress fits you perfectly.

4. What happens if I damage the dress?

Minor damages (e.g., loose threads, small stains) are covered by us. For more significant damages, additional fees may apply.

5. Is the dress dry cleaned before rental?

Absolutely! All dresses are professionally dry cleaned before each rental.

6. Do I have to return the dress in the same condition?

We handle all dry cleaning. Your only responsibility is to enjoy your day and return the dress to our atelier on time.

7. What if I want to buy the dress instead of renting?

All of our atelier designs are available for purchase. Contact us for more details and pricing.

8. Do you offer accessories like veils, gloves, or jewelry?

Yes! We have a wide selection of accessories available for rent or purchase.
